The staff was exceptionally nice. the room was perfectly clean and huge with a balcony. - the room had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge.

The hotel was located adjacent to restaurant, brainerd Minnesota, and many activities in the area. There was professional staff and the service was friendly! The rooms were a nice size and stocked with a balcony. The property was in a central setting in a tourist area. Also, Waterpark at The Lodge was 3 miles away from the property. Nothing to complain about, the venue met my requirements.

Accommodating staff and the location was particularly good and magnificent. Also, the area was tourist.

I simply adored the charming decorations throughout the hotel, especially the cozy sitting areas with beautiful floral arrangements. the easy accessibility for seniors like me with plenty of seating options and handrails in the hallways made my stay quite delightful and comfortable. It truly felt like a welcoming and safe environment for older guests like me to relax and enjoy their time away from home.
Would have appreciated more attentive service from the young staff to cater better to senior guests' needs.
